Steer Smart Driving School – Refund & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

 

This policy condenses the key refund provisions already set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Cooling-off period – driving lessons bought online or by phone

You may cancel within 48 hours of the lesson and receive a full refund, provided no lesson has yet taken place.

Standard driving lesson cancellation

Cancel 48 hours or more before the lesson start time and there will be no charge. Any pre-paid fee is re-credited or refunded.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend will be subject to a full lesson fee  charge.

Block-booking packages

Unused hours are refundable within 12 months of purchase at the standard hourly rate (i.e. any block discount is reversed). After 12 months, unused credit expires and is non-refundable.

Driving Instructor/Steer Smart Driving School cancellation

If we must cancel a lesson and cannot reschedule at a mutually convenient time, we will issue a full refund of the lesson fee.

Email steersmartdriving@outlook.com or speak directly to your instructor, quoting your name, lesson date(s) and payment reference.
